Aside from Bergamot, Peppermint essential oil is one of my favorite oils out there. Not only does it smell absolutely fantastic in a diffuser, body butter, body scrub, etc.. But it can also help relieve headaches, nausea, indigestion & pain relief. My main use is for headaches. I've been having some seriously massive migraines lately & have had a 4 month daily migraine so far and am in the process of waiting to get into a neurologist to get it checked out. Peppermint essential oil has been helping me dull the pain at night some and has been helping me to be able "calm" down some.
What I really love doing is mixing my peppermint essential oil with my cinnamon leaf essential oil. They both seem to fight over which is going to be the dominant scent and it's quite interesting and both help me relax. Since they're both fighting over dominance, I don't get used to one scent and can smell them both until I end up falling asleep which is really great.
