★★★★/★★★★★
This is a pretty nifty burger press, but it's definitely not one of the
GREATEST out there. It does what it's supposed to do, so that's the best
thing.
I actually use this to make some stuffed burgers. I put the hamburger in the bottom & smash it down so I have the perfect patty & then add what I want to the middle and then add more hamburger & press that down and VOILA.. A perfectly even & stuffed burger, if you didn't over stuff it. Lol. I've got OCD, but only towards certain things. When I'm cooking, I try to make things be perfect & get frustrated when they're not. So with this & the fact I can actually make perfectly round and even hamburgers is a great bonus in its self.
This is a PLASTIC burger press, which should be obvious. The bottom piece has 4 rubber feet to help it stay in place, which sometimes it does & sometimes it doesn't. Then you have the middle piece to help press everything down & then the handle to REALLY press it down. My ultimate complaint would be the cleaning aspect of this. Stuff gets stuck easily & it can sometimes be a pain to clean.
I received this product for free or for a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
