Okay.. So a few months ago I had always wanted a pastry scraper &
went from having none to having two. The other one I have is nice, yeah,
but the measurements on it are basically just written on it which will
eventually just fade away after repeated use (which is what will be
happening). But with this one, the measurements are actually etched into
the "blade" so you don't have to worry about it fading away after
repeated use.
The handle of this is pretty so you can get a good grip so be able to cut through things and also so you can use it to pick up things and carry it from one spot to another without worrying about it bending or giving away. This works great for cutting dough into sections which for anyone that's handled dough knows that it's hard to cut with a knife & just ripping it you never get a proper section torn off & if you're aiming for something that's "even", you wont get it by ripping it. This stainless steel pastry scraper will be getting A LOT of use in my kitchen.
