This one confused me when I first got it. I had absolutely NO idea what to use it for. I was also a bit leery of sniffing it but it actually doesn't have that "pepper" smell. Black pepper EO is considered a "hot oil" which means it's used in many massage oils. It can be mixed into a cream to help with aching limbs, sore muscles, & rheumatoid arthritis. You can add some drops to your bath to help assist with circulation, bruises, rheumatoid arthritis and muscular aches and pains. Add 4 drops to a hot compress & apply to your lower back to help with lower back pain.
