This was my first time using a mud mask and I gotta say, it definitely will NOT be my last! I was expecting the smell of this to be really bad but was surprised to find out it was moderately pleasant. I cant quite place the smell of it, but it's not bad.. Which is a good thing considering it's going ON your face where you wont have much of a choice but to smell it.

It says to put on a thick layer, but I didn't. I put on a thin layer at first & then added another thin layer on top of that. Rubbing it off when it dried was actually kind of fun. After I got it all off, my skin felt super soft and smooth. I was worried it would dry out my face, but my face actually felt more moisturized afterwards than it did before putting on the mask. I can see me using this quite often!
