 I LOVE THIS THING!!!! I've got another one from another company that I thought was pretty amazing, until I got this one yesterday! I had spent 6hrs in the car yesterday and was looking forward to getting home and opening up my package that had this baby sitting in it just to give it a try. It felt amazing! The massaging "balls" aren't too rough like my other one and this one CHANGES DIRECTIONS! Every minute it pauses and the "balls" rotate! With this one, you don't get that numb, tingly feeling because it's doing the same thing over and over and over and over. It's also heated, but it's not "burn you" heated. You can feel it just enough to get the relief from it, but not enough where it's overly uncomfortable. I believe my other one has just gotten replaced for good!
