First off I have to say how STRONG this is. I'm not too keen on the smell of this & don't really see me using this all that often. I had never heard of Vetiver & had to look up the uses when I got this. You can use this in a diffuser or vaporizer for nervous complaints, dispelling hysteria, anger and irritability and also to relieve insomnia. You can also use this in a blended massage oil or diluted in a bath to help with mental and physical exhaustion, rheumatism and arthritic pain, & insomnia. It can also be mixed into a cream or lotion to moisturize and nourish the skin & is really beneficial for dry, irritated & dehydrated skin. It's also helpful in reducing wrinkles & stretch marks.
