I've always loved biotin. I've got super thick hair and it's a pain to manage, so I'm constantly causing damage to it.. Not to mention I'm always dying it different colors because I can't stand having it the same color for very long so it could use some "help". Normal biotin pills are such a low dosage it takes forever to even see a difference and I end up giving up after awhile. With these pills being 10,000mcg I noticed a major change after 2wks. My hair has been super frizzy after a bad perm that I've been trying to grown out and I recently noticed my hair has gotten less and less frizzy. I was beginning to think the only way I was going to get rid of that frizz was to cut it off and that was NOT going to be an option since my goal is to get my hair to my bum (so close!). I've also noticed my nails have gotten stronger and have been growing a bit better lately too. The pills are also a good size.. They're not too big so they don't choke you when you try to take them.
