Of all the oils out there, peppermint oil has got to be my favorite of them all. It's got a multitude of uses and has a fantastic smell so that when you're using it around the house it doesn't have a bad smell. I use it in a spray bottle around windows and baseboards to keep spiders away. But my main use is to use it in a diffuser at night to help with migraines or to just help me sleep. I get chronic migraines and have really bad insomnia. A few drops of this in my diffuser at night really helps. I also like to occasionally use this in my diffuser in the living room just to give off the smell of candy canes.
