I had to end up going out to buy a new battery because when I received mine it didn't work at all. I had to look up the reviews & instructions first to see if there was something I was doing wrong since it didn't come with instructions & it wasn't working after I pulled out the battery tab. After replacing the battery it finally worked and was pretty easy to get it work. I've been using this as a room thermometer for my bedroom. The temp in my room seems to fluctuate randomly and I want to keep track of how cold/hot it is in there so I know when I should turn on my heater or when I should turn it off. Seems to be pretty accurate which is nice. It's small & has a little "kickstand" so it doesn't take up much room.
