I got this for my grandmother as an early birthday gift, but I had to play around with it first just to make sure it actually worked before giving it to her. This comes in a compact box & also has a very soft velvet bag that you can put everything in for taking it with you somewhere. It has a course grinding head, fine grinding head, cleaning brush, the machine, a safety cover ON the machine AND batteries are included with it. I was kind of disappointed that this one wasn't electric like another one I have, but battery powered is still better than manual (IE: pumice stones).

Everything seemed to work perfectly when I was playing around with it, but I didn't have dry feet to test it out. I took it out to my grandmothers & she absolutely loved it. She hates using those little egg things and pumice stones because it takes forever. She started using this & she was excited at the fact she didn't even have to put any effort whatsoever into using this because it did all the work for her & if she happened to push too hard in one spot, it stopped spinning which she liked.. She said "Now I know I wont accidentally hurt myself". The dead skin just fell off and landed into a pile on the floor. After she was done her feet were a lot smoother and she was really happy.. She followed up with some moisturizing lotion.
