Me & sharp knives don't usually go together.. Actually, me & ANYTHING sharp don't really go together. I cut out a chunk of my index finger a few days just using a few days ago using a simple pair of SCISSORS.. Just plain old household scissors. I had to get a tetanus shot AND get my finger glued shut. BUT, if I'm going to get cut using a kitchen knife or something, I'd rather it be with something SHARP so that it'll be a clean cut and will be something I can easily get stitched up. LOL. (which I have had to get done before)

This knife sharpener has 3 different slots on it. One that's specifically for CERAMIC knives and 2 others slots that are for course and fine. If you've never used a knife sharpener it can take a little bit of practice or learning, so you may want to look up a tutorial first. But once you know what you're doing you can sharpen a knife within 10-15 seconds. This also has little grips on the bottom so it wont move while you're sharpening your knives which is a big bonus. This sharpened all my super dull knives within seconds and I foresee some hospital visits in my near future.
