So I've tried many teeth whitening products and most require the use of those annoying trays where you're drooling everywhere or you're making your teeth hurt because the gel is too strong or something. With this, there's no trays and no nasty gel that makes your teeth hurt. This is a minty & foamy "toothpaste". With this you put about 2 pumps of this onto a dry toothbrush & brush for 2 minutes & then don't eat or drink for 15 minutes afterwards. My ONLY complaint about this is having to use a dry toothbrush with this. I have sensitive gums and the dry toothbrush technique hurts a bit. After using this for a week I have noticed a difference in the shade of my teeth. I'm an avid coffee drinker so my teeth are a bit yellow but I have noticed they've lightened up a bit. Cant wait to see how much lighter they get with continued use of this.
