As a person who loves baking a sifter is something you absolutely NEED in the kitchen. I had an older one that was passed down through generation after generation & I love it because of the history, but I hate it because you can just can NOT get it cleaned properly and sometimes it just doesn't want to actually sift which means I then have to use a mesh strainer to do all my sifting which is extremely time consuming.
This 3 cup sifter is perfect for basically everything I'll need to bake. Nothing gets stuck & the "sifter" itself works great & I'm not left with as many clumps of flour in the bottom as I'm used to. It's got 2 rings, or "agitators" on the inside to sift the flour for you. This is also stainless steel so it shouldn't rust. It's also super easy to clean out; just rinse with water.
