I at first mainly got this for the sore muscle relief aspect because I didn't believe it could have any effect on cellulite or anything. It really helped with my sore knees which is awesome. I've had a total of 3 knee surgeries (one on my left & 2 on my right).. I had my most recent knee surgery this past April where they had to put a piece of cadaver hamstring in my leg to help me walk better & I ended up with some build up scar tissue that made the front of my knee hurt a bit more than necessary. I love the warm/cold feeling of this & the minty-menthol smell of this isn't all that bad; it's not too strong & not too light, but it does fade pretty quickly.

I then decided to give it a try on my thighs just to see how it worked on some cellulite. I didn't really notice anything at first but after using it for a few weeks I noticed my thighs have seemed to be tightening up a little bit & don't seem to look AS bad. I've still got a long way to go, plus some weight to lose, but I really do like this cream.. Especially for the sore muscle relief.
