I hate giving bad reviews, I truly do.. But when something breaks within 10 minutes of use, you injure yourself trying to fix it in the hopes of making it work SOMEHOW & the seller doesn't reply back to you for a replacement or anything, there's only so much you can do.

When I first got this I was excited because it looked awesome.. Then I started using it. Mine never went up & down, it only wanted to go side to side & seemed to always go off to the side where I was standing & slam into my leg. On one of the times it slammed into my leg one of the plastic-ish balancer things broke off so it would no longer even lift off the ground at all. I figured okay, I can just bend off the other balancer & MAYBE I can get this to semi work properly. Well, the other balancer wouldn't break off (I only wish the other piece was as durable!!!) so I took a pair of scissors to it to try to cut it off. Well, I got it cut off & also cut a chunk in my finger.. Which required me to go get my finger glued & a tetanus shot (was a pair of scissors I've used to trim up my dogs & cut open boxes so had to be safe). My finger couldn't be stitched & they didn't want the chunk of skin to fall off & leave a gaping hole in my finger.. My finger has healed, but I've now got slight nerve damage from how deep I managed to cut myself.

I truly wanted to like this. But how you can like something that didn't properly work to start with and then breaks within minutes of using? I also want to note I was using this INSIDE to test out on really soft carpet.. But the only thing it kept hitting was my leg. The UFO itself is 95% plastic & the charging box on it is super small & you have to be really careful when you're trying to charge it or else THAT part can also break.
