I have a dog that is basically allergic to himself. He's a Maltese/Shih-tzu/Mini-Dashund mix & gets super dry skin that is very sensitive. He has to take Benadryl every day to control his allergies & to help keep him from scratching himself raw AND to keep him from scratching his eyes (he's made the area above his eyes bleed before). I keep him shaved down as far I can without bothering his sensitive skin because if he has his full grown coat it doesn't matter if he takes his daily Benadryl, he'll itch like crazy.
Because of his allergies, he gets a weekly bath to keep any dander under control and to keep his skin moisturized and everything. I'm constantly having to buy all kinds of oatmeal shampoos and many have different scents (perfumes) which don't really help him much & they also bother MY allergies. So when I got the chance to get this all natural shampoo with no harmful chemicals or perfumes I was excited. This didn't have a super strong smell so it didn't bother my allergies and it made him feel extremely soft and he smelled good. He doesn't seem to be scratching much right now or anything & even after a couple days he's still really soft & still smells pretty good. I'm really impressed with this shampoo and my dog seems to be happy too.
