So I've got seriously bad allergies. I have to get weekly allergy shots to try to keep them under control, have to carry around an inhaler because certain things can send me into coughing/wheezing fits AND I have to carry about an epi-pen. So when I'm feeling a bit stuffed up, this is my go to oil to help me "breathe again". Also, with the fact this has Peppermint in it, it helps with any headaches I may get from being stuffed up or whatever. Adding some drops of this to my diffuser at night while I'm sleeping is really great because then I get a semi-peaceful nights rest (when I'm not having bad insomnia) because it helps open my sinuses up.

The oils in this bottle are Eucalyptus, Lemon, Lavender, Spearmint, Peppermint, & Rosemary. This bottle also comes with a built in dropper so all you have to do is unscrew the lid & give it a few shakes & you're good to go.
