You can watch my video for a more detailed review on these Loud Noise Hearing Protection Plugs by EAR Defense. There's 2 sets of earplugs & a lanyard type thing where you can connect a set of the earplugs so you can keep them around your neck when you're no longer using them & there's also a nifty stainless steel carrying case. They work pretty good on muffling out super loud noises but you could still actually hear people talking to you which was pretty great.
